Our manufacturing program demonstrates the versatility of our range of services. In recent years, approximately 20,000 different parts have been manufactured on 20 CNC-controlled production machines (presses, lasers, water jets, cutting, tube forming, spot welding, deburring) – from small disks to angles, boards, housings, and complex assemblies including welded assemblies, small to medium series as well as individual and sample parts made of steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, brass or copper, and a wide variety of special materials.
We are a supplier to a wide variety of industries including energy, vehicle construction, traffic engineering, medical and measurement technology, as well as apparatus and mechanical engineering.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operation and monitoring of the TRUMPF laser-punching combination system according to the production order
- Setting up tools and materials
- Setting up and parameterizing the machine
Performing initial operational checks
Ihr Profil:
- Completed training in the metal sector or several years of experience in sheet metal processing
- Experience in operating CNC-controlled punching and laser machines
- Basic technical skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- Knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings
- Teamwork skills, independent work, quality awareness
