We are a German company with decades of experience in metal and sheet metal processing. For the establishment of our new production site in Pune (India), we are seeking an experienced specialist who can both set up and operate punching and punch-laser combination machines, and also take on workshop management.
Our manufacturing program demonstrates the versatility of our service offerings. Approximately 20,000 different parts have been manufactured in recent years on 20 CNC-controlled production machines (presses, lasers, cutting, tube forming, spot welding, deburring) – from steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, brass, or copper, as well as various special materials.
We are a supplier to a wide variety of industries including energy, vehicle construction, traffic engineering, medical and measurement technology, as well as apparatus and mechanical engineering.
Your tasks:
- Setup, operation, and monitoring of punching and punch-laser combination machines (ideally TRUMPF)
- Organization, leadership, and training of the local workshop team
- Ensuring product quality and manufacturing processes according to German standards
- Planning and control of production processes in sheet metal manufacturing
- Technical support for establishing new production areas (punching, bending, welding)
- Close collaboration with management in Germany and our partners in India
Your Profil:
